Day 21 -- 3 (THREE) Breaths -- 30 Day Vlog (ALL under 2 minutes)

I've been taught that when stress is apparent, and the 'fight-or-flight' mechanism is about to take over, you can take 3 (THREE) Breaths -- in through your nose for 3 seconds, hold for 3 seconds, out through your mouth for 3 seconds -- and your entire physiology should change.

I've decided to CHALLENGE MYSELF to a 30-Day Vlog..

The PURPOSE is to share some of the ups and downs of a month's time AND to offer some valuable LESSONS I learn along the way..
