Day 12 - 5 out of 10

Not yet in the GROOOOOVE I wanna be in regarding Nutrition and Fitness for 2020. Learning some awesomeness about MINDSET, however. THANK YOU to all of those around me who have an amazingly 'Glass Full' attitude and energy about life..... it's certainly contagious.

It's time to stop using the calf strain as an excuse and incorporate 'other' training besides running as I zone in on full-body flexibility and lower extremity plyometric training.
